- go at the Infopoint (main square) and give it to our staff together with your passport and your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay);
- obtain the refund on your credit card (3-5 days from procedure starting);
- don't forget to validate your Tax Free form in airport and send it to Global Blue within 21 days
