Made from 100% Lambrusco Maestri grapes, this is the first still DOC Lambrusco from the province of Parma. A tribute to the wonderful Emilian land and the many family memories sealed inside a bottle. Aged in small barrels, this process gives it a distinctive oaky character, added body, intensity, and a more pronounced tannic texture.
It represents the more austere and contemplative soul of an otherwise lively and playful Emilian wine.

Thanks to its bold structure, it truly shines when served with hearty, flavorful dishes. Perfect with sausage and mushroom risotto, offering a rich blend of creaminess and earthy notes, or with our Lambrusco Risotto, finished with butter and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and served with a Lambrusco Tetenju reduction.
