Important Notice Regarding Personal Data Breach

Tuesday, March 10, 2026

This public notice is published to inform that we have identified a security incident resulting from a cyberattack, which may have affected the confidentiality of some personal data stored in our systems.

Despite our security measures, an unauthorized third party accessed certain of our systems and evidence was identified of file download activity involving a limited subset of files. This incident may have affected data relating to companies and individuals, including tenants, providers, customers, users that may have suffered accidents in our shopping malls, employees, former employees and/or job candidates. The categories of personal data that may have been affected include basic data, contact information, CVs, data related to health in cases of accidents, images and national identification documents.

Immediately after detecting the incident, we implemented containment and remediation measures to limit and mitigate its effects. These measures include, among others, temporary shutdown of certain systems and the introduction of additional security sign-in protections. We continue to monitor our systems and are working with national data protection authorities and external experts to ensure the incident is properly addressed and resolved.

Based on the information currently available, we do not consider the incident likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of potentially impacted individuals. However, as a precaution, some risks cannot be fully excluded, such as phishing attempts, spam communications, or loss of control over personal data.

Accordingly, we recommend you to be vigilant regarding suspicious communications or requests for unusual actions, avoid clicking on links or opening attachments from unknown or unexpected sources.
